…We are proud to announce a new service for house sellers and landlords in Rugby, Lutterworth and Kenilworth in the form of virtual reality viewings! Virtual reality tours are just like walking through a house in a “first person” computer game CLICK HERE for an example. There are other estate and letting agents in the Rugby area that are utilising this technology, but we are (we believe) the first to host “virtual viewings” where we walk a client through the tour on an internet chat call and show them round as we would on a physical viewing.
This service is included in our character homes package and can be added on to our standard marketing package. It is recommended for houses that are new builds, or are either visually appealing or those that are deceptive from the outside.
We are also selling these tours to local businesses who may want a tour to show customers their restaurant, office, hotel or pub for example!
