Give your home a Spring clean
To attract buyers, you want a photogenic home, which means an early Spring clean. So, get out the cob-webber, clean those windows, give the lawn and garden a tidy, and touch up any paint work ready for your property to be photographed for market. If there are dints in the walls, use some Polyfilla and then paint over them, however, don’t be tempted to go over cracks in the walls, as these will still potentially be found by an independent surveyor.
