Let no-one tell you print is dead, it may be scaled back but there is still a market for the more traditional advertising mediums. Furthermore there are other things that separate one estate agent in Rugby from another that may not be obvious to the observer (pardon the pun)!
If you are looking for an estate agent in Rugby or letting agent in Rugby then why use one who only invests the bare minimum into promoting your property to a limited audience? Does your agent use Rightmove AND Zoopla? What about social media?
Why would you choose an agent who has self employed “one man bands” working under their banner who aren’t individually or collectively accountable for their failures, and are only interested in getting the fee in the bank to pay their “rent” to the company!
Why would you use an estate agent in Rugby that doesn’t get involved in the local community, or even one owned by faceless shareholders, or national banking groups (Connells, Shipways and Spencers for example), who don’t reinvest their profits locally and have a “hire them, fire them” attitude to staff?
