We want you to enjoy the red carpet treatment from the moment you walk through the door! We set up Cadman Homes as a letting agency in 2008, during the depth of the recession, as a result of Valerie being a victim of redundancy.
Originally based in the 3rd bedroom of the house she shares with husband Adam, who was working as a branch manager for a prestigious chain of estate agents in the midlands at the time, the Cadman Homes story began. With limited resources Valerie had to fight hard to stand out from the longer standing and more established estate and letting agents in Rugby.
Valerie, a well-regarded local professional quickly won business, and we saw a steady stream of clients literally beat a path to the front door! Within several months Valerie's son Mathew left his job as a letting agent in Coventry, and joined Valerie in the 3rd bedroom to help deal with the increase in business.
Fast forward to 2011 and Adam left his job as a branch manager within a large corporate agency to set up the sales department, following demand from our existing clients and their friends and family, to sell houses for them.
In 2013 the team was strengthened with the addition of Tamara McLaren, as a sales/management apprentice and Damian Cadman-Jones, Valerie's eldest son, who is a practicing solicitor, well versed in litigation and all aspects of property law.
2016 Saw Amanda O'Connor join us as a trainee Office Administrator. We also have highly trained viewing staff for those extra busy times!
We now have offices in Rugby & Coventry, and coverage extends across Rugby, Coventry, Leamington, Lutterworth & the surrounding villages. We all have vast experience of property - not only in a professional capacity as experienced estate and letting agents, but as landlords & property owners/investors too.
This means that we all know the property market inside out. You will always have the support of the whole team, but also benefit from a member of the management team being assigned to you, who will specialise in a relevant area of property be it sales, lettings, investment, property management or property law.
